I don't watch a lot of packaged programming, but what I do watch is usually topical documentary, Discovery Channel type shows.

Boating, sailing, diving, flying, ham radio, waterskiing, and of course, at the top of the list, writing-- about anything, anywhere, and hopefully, only stuff that reaches out and informs or delights you.
